to our restaurants. We serve authentic Vietnamese dishes that
originated from several regions of our country. The dishes in which you
will find a combination of subtle and delicate flavorings in addition
to fresh vegetables, rice and noodle with meats and seafood.
Vietnamese dishes, in general, are healthy because they are low in fat. A typical Vietnamese dish will combine fresh "salad style" vegetables including Asian basil and mint, vermicelli, a small portion of grilled meat or shrimp and a light, home made sauce. Our dishes are ordinarily not prepared hot and spicy except upon request.
